أهداف الجمعية الإستراتيجية

• المساهمة في بناء قدرات جمعية جباليا للتأهيل وشركائها والأشخاص ذوي العلاقة.

• المساهمة في تزويد خدمات علاجية وخدمات مساعدة للأشخاص ذوي صعوبات السمع والنطق واللغة والحركة.

• المساهمة في زيادة قدرة الأشخاص ذوي صعوبات السمع والنطق واللغة والحركة وعائلاتهم للحصول على استقلالية أكبر.

• المساهمة في تخفيف معانات وتلبية احتياجات الأشخاص ذوي صعوبات السمع والنطق واللغة والحركة المحرومين بشدة بسبب الأزمة في قطاع غزة.

• المساهمة في الدمج والمشاركة الكاملة للأشخاص ذوي صعوبات السمع والنطق واللغة والحركة في المجتمع.

JRS Strategic Goals

1. To contribute to enabling persons with disabilities and their families to accomplish greater independence and inclusion through rehabilitation, training, awareness, and advocacy activities.
2. To contribute to the full inclusion and participation of persons hearing impairment, speech and language disabilities, and motor disabilities and their families in society.
3. To contribute to relieving suffering and providing assistance in meeting immediate humanitarian needs of persons with disabilities affected by the crisis in the Gaza Strip.
4. To contribute to enhancing the professional capacity of JRS and its partner stakeholders for higher quality services for persons with disability.

 JRS Values and principles

In achieving its vision, mission, and strategic goals, JRS is committed to the following

Human rights values and principles including: Transparency, Participation, Justice, Objectivity, Social Responsibility, Neutrality, and Impartiality.

Equality and commitment to the rule of law, tolerance, respect, and non-discrimination according to disability, and the empowerment of marginalized groups. individual and group counseling sessions, and home visits. Moreover, the program offers periodic audiology examination to the children attending the educational program as well as speech and language therapy services as needed. In addition, the program provides relief assistance and contributes to covering the annual program fees as well as transportation for poor families. The program also offers many other extra-curricular activities, such as summer camps, celebrations on social and national occasions, excursions, competitions, open activity days, and other activities in the community.

Focusing on civil and community participation of youth, respect for women’s rights and equality in opportunities and services.
